  • Establishment of training systems and centers in Germany and Europe
  • Establishment and implementation of a group-wide HR selection and development system for executives (Allianz Versicherungs-AG)
  • Internationalization of internal trainings through the establishment of the Allianz International Management School (AIMS) in cooperation with Prof. Thanheiser, INSEAD
  • Initiation and development of the APEX Seminars (Allianz Presentation Excellence) for training of Allianz senior managers with worldwide roll-outs
  • Initiation, development and execution of "Strategic Leadership" seminars for senior managers in cooperation with McKinsey
  • Organization of processes for leadership and personal development focusing on social competence and emotional intelligence (Wolf Büntig seminars)
  • Worldwide strategy implementation with the help of a work of art (Trust Tree) in 23 countries with more than 60,000 participants from Allianz SE
  • Organization and execution of large-scale events such as the Allianz International Meeting (AZI) with 250 top managers from 60 countries, the Annual General Meeting with up to 7,000 participants, as well as the “Olympics”  Allianz Sports which takes place every four years with up to 1,500 participants from over 40 countries
  • Support to Ambassador Wolfgang Ischinger in the organization and execution of the Munich Security Conference from 2008 to 2013
These events are among the most exciting challenges of my career, with the absolute highlight being the ‘covering’ of the NY Stock Exchange on Wall Street during the Allianz New York Stock Exchange Listing.
